How to Use It
Fill It Up
Remove the top cap, pour in your e-liquid and give the coil a few drops before your first vape. The 0.6Ω coil comes preinstalled so you can get going straight away.
Adjust the Settings
Press the fire button five times quickly to turn it on. You can use Smart Mode, which picks the right wattage for you, or switch to manual mode to set it yourself between 5 and 40 W. Press and hold the lock button to lock it and prevent accidental changes.
Vape On
Press the fire button and take a drag. There are two drip tips to try – one for tighter MTL draws and one for RDTL-style hits. To adjust the airflow, turn the numbered airflow ring.

How long does the GTX One Pro battery last?
Well, we've tested it, and it's got a 3000mAh battery that provides up to 3 days of battery life on a single charge with a 1.2Ω coil at lower power settings. With a 0.6Ω coil at higher power settings, you can expect around 1.5–2 days. There's also a charger that'll get you from 0 to 100% in around 90 minutes – nice and quick.
What e-liquids work best?
For MTL vaping, we find that nic salt e-liquids or higher-strength freebase liquids in a 50/50 VG/PG ratio work really well with the 1.2Ω coil. For RDTL vaping, a lower-nicotine freebase (3–6 mg) with a slightly higher VG ratio works with the 0.6Ω coil. Have a look at e-liquid reviews for some specific flavour recommendations for GTX coils.
What type of e-liquids should I use?
The kit is best with 50/50 VG/PG e-liquids or nicotine salts for smooth flavour and performance. However, 70/30 can also be used with the lower Ohm coils.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely – the device has got Smart Mode, which knows how to work out the right wattage for your coil so you don't have to. It also has a physical button to stop you accidentally firing it – and the user manual explains how to get set up in no time.
Can I use other coils apart from the ones that come with it?
Yeah, you can. The GTX One Pro is compatible with four different GTX coils – 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω. Just make sure you don't try to use a 0.15Ω or 0.3Ω coil, as they won't work.
How do I stop leaks from happening?
The top airflow design on the XTank-T has got a few bits that help reduce leaks – and the SSS leak-resistant tech seals the tank at multiple points. Just make sure you've got the airflow ring aligned properly, don't overfill the tank, and try to keep the thing upright when you can. We found that reviewers at Vape Picks only saw a bit of condensation on the drip tip during heavy use – but no major leaks.
