We’ve previously reviewed both the Xlim Pod kit and the boxy powerhouse that is the Xlim SQ and were mightily impressed with both. So it’s only natural with the release of their latest model that we take a deep dive with our OXVA Xlim Pro Review.
With the bar set so high, the Pro has a lot to live up to.
The OXVA Xlim Pro takes everything we love about it’s predecessors to a new level. It’s fair to say that it packs a multitude of features designed for an exceptional experience. From its adjustable Air Flow Control to its dual activation options, this device is engineered for both convenience and performance. With a built-in 1000mAh battery, the Xlim Pro is a cut above the older models, which only featured a 900mAh capacity. OXVA claims the kit can last for up to 3 days between charges, which if true would make it a powerhouse in the compact vaping device category.

The Xlim Pro comes in a wide range of colours, some not seen in the other Xlim kits. These include refined options like Brown Leather and Black Carbon, as well as the more vibrant Gleamy series. My Favourite option is the Gleamy Green, it has the feel of a bamboo forest about it. It blends from a deep, shadowed green at the bottom to a light, natural green at the top with hints of yellow that accent it really well.
Like it’s predecessors, the Pro kit is of a solid construction. It features a body made from a high-quality combination of Zinc Alloy, IML, and PCTG. This all adds up to a kit that not only looks great, but is also robust and durable. The OXVA Xlim Pro fits perfectly in the palm, and the weight of it really adds to the feeling that you have a premium device in your hands.
The Xlim Pro has dual activation modes to suit different preferences. Whether you prefer the tactile feel of a button or the ease of draw activation, this device has you covered.

In terms of battery life, the kit is advertised as having up to 3 days of use between charges. However, this only seems to be the case for people who vape lightly. As a chain vaper, I had to charge the kit at least once a day, but it does last a bit longer than the older models, which is a bonus.
The Xlim Pro was released alongside the new V3 Xlim pods, but it’s also compatible with the older V2 pods. As a result, there are two ways to refill your e-liquid. With the V2 Xlim pods, you have to remove the cartridge to access the rubber stopper, however the V3 Replacement Pods improve on this by positioning the stopper on the side. I love this new feature as I can now refill without having to remove the pod.
OXVA’s reputation for flavour excellence remains uncontested and has even improved with the Xlim Pro. The new V3 pods are compatible with both Nic Salts and freebase nicotine e-liquids. Each puff is a blast of flavour. From fruity notes like DNA Vapes Peach Ice to the refreshing taste of Scorpion Blood Blackcurrant Grape Apple, this device left my mouth watering with the nuances of every flavour.
Having loved the older models, I’m not surprised at all that I absolutely adore the OXVA Xlim Pro.
