The Aspire Flexus AIO Review – Vaping Made Stylishly Simplistic

Let me tell you about my experience with the Aspire Flexus AIO Pod Kit, a stylish addition to the Flexus range that promises to cater to both beginners and seasoned vapers. As a fan of Aspire’s reliable and effective kits for first-time vapers, I was eager to see the allure of this ambitious “All-in-one” pod kit.

The Flexus AIO definitely looks impressive with its sleek and elegant design, setting the stage for what turned out to be a truly enjoyable vape. The promise of simplicity held true, and the Flexus AIO lived up to its reputation as a user-friendly device that effortlessly produces flavours comparable to excellent clearomizers.

So, on with the Aspire Flexus AIO review.

Aspire Flexus AIO Tech Specs

Let’s look at the technical specs that make this pod kit stand out:

  • Kit Dimensions: 114 x 35 x 26.6 mm
  • Pod Weight: 126 g
  • Charging: USB-C, 2 Amps
  • Battery: 2000 mAh
  • Range of Use: 15 to 18 W
  • Activation: Auto-draw & button
  • Tank Capacity: 2 ml
  • Filling Type: Screw-to-open top fill
  • Airflow: Rotate pod to adjust

What’s in the box?

Opening the box revealed everything I needed for a seamless vaping journey – the kit itself, pod, 2 coils (1 pre-installed), a USB cable for charging, and a user guide for those moments when guidance is needed.

Flexus AIO Usage

Using the Flexus AIO is a breeze, with options for automatic firing by inhalation or manual activation using the main button. The automatic firing system proved to be impressively efficient, responding instantly to my preferences, even with the airflow set to the most open setting.

A single settings button, accompanied by three LEDs, allowed me to alternate between three automatic power levels based on the chosen coil:

  1. Minimum Power
  2. Medium Power
  3. Maximum Power (15 W with the 1 ohm coil and 18 W with the 0.6 ohm coil)

Coils for days.

The secret sauce lies in the AF coils, and the kit comes with two options:

  • 0.6 ohm AF for a slightly restrictive draw with delightful vapour production (RDTL – Restrictive Direct to Lung).
  • 1 ohm AF for a tight draw reminiscent of a traditional tobacco cigarette (MTL – Mouth to Lung).

The coils are very impressive, with no leaks and lasted for about a week on each coil. This is really good with the high level that I vape.

The pod, with its 2 ml capacity, is a testament to minimalist design, and its easy-to-use features make it a joy for beginners and seasoned vapers alike. Filling the pod is a simple task, with a quarter-turn revealing the filling holes and a rubber lip ensuring a mess-free experience.

Don’t miss this trick

I realised that the pod’s connector is extremely similar to that of the Flexus Stik Pod. I tested a Flexus Stik Replacement Pod in the AIO….. AND IT WORKS 🥳 This means you can have an increased 3ml pod in the Flexus AIO. Meaning less time filling your favourite vape juice.

One point to note is the condensation generated due to the device’s design. It’s not a lot of condensation compared to many systems out there. But a quick clean with a cotton bud, every couple of days, kept everything working smoothly during my regular use.

Power usage

Charging is a breeze with the USB-C port, offering fast charging at 2 Amps. The 2000 mAh battery capacity is perfectly suited for the AF coils’ usage range, providing a comfortable vaping encounter.

In summary, the Aspire Flexus AIO Pod Kit exceeded my expectations with its elegant design, user-friendly features, and impressive coil durability. The lightweight and efficient nature of the kit, paired with Bloom’s Juniper Mangosteen Apple e-liquid, made for a delightful vaping experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this pod kit to fellow enthusiasts. Cheers to Aspire for yet another stellar addition to the vaping world!
